Featured Testimonials
Regularly we feature remarkable success stories from our clients successes.
Testimonials are backed up with written-out client letters on their corporate stationery.
We do not object to you calling any of our past clients, please mention us by name or any of our team members by name too.
We have been fortunate that many of our clients have remained with us for a very long time.
Where possible either immediately or over time, we have added value to companies and their trajectory, and to the lives of the people that have welcomed us to provide solutions to their requests.
We have delivered on many services and products, in many situations customising for each client what was specifically of importance to them at the time.
We've been able to inspire life-enhancing direction, motivate positive new change, and been called "gift un-wrappers"of people's potentials.
Sometimes clients know exactly what they require and their briefs are concise and brightly lit with visual references.
Sometimes clients have a need but can not articulate exactly what is required.
We, like Michelangelos, enjoy chiselling out "Thinkers" and adding art to science, and math to marketing. In every situation we delight in teasing out the existing challenges, and then speaking to those new direction-filled targets, deploying our expertise while collaborating with clients and their overarching desires for the improved world they're looking to create.
Every client intends to grow something, sometimes it's their market share, or brand perception, or growth of personnel, or fashion a new experience for their customers.
We really enjoy the coming together of collaborators, conceptualising pathways, and crystalising visions, laid-out development, destination delivery, applauding clients, their satisfied customers, and the fruits of met objectives.

Incalculably-Clever Creativity
"Is it possible to re-invent bread? And to even re-invent how it's distributed? Well we were doubtful, but we let them present it to us, and before we knew it we had a uniqueness-based idea to drive interest, curiosity, fascination, and ultimately purchase. We liked what they had done with Cherry American Cola's infusion-cherry re-formula and rollout, and we thought 'sure, it might be interesting to see how a limited addition unheard-of bread idea fares throughout Asia'. I am delighted to say that this ancient-food formula, rolled out internationally driven by incentivised-marketing, sure made a difference to our bottom line and now we are the indisputable leading bread brand everywhere."

Innovative Development Processes
What is the latest in development processes for innovating new products and services?
Modern product and service innovation is driven by AI-augmented design, digital twins, and Agile-Phase-Gate hybrids.
Teams use AI to instantly prototype, analyze real-time market data to validate ideas, and leverage sustainable "circular" design practices to meet evolving consumer expectations.
The landscape of innovation is defined by several highly actionable processes and frameworks:
1. Human Teams-Driven Ideation & Orchestration (with some AI)
Integrated early in the ideation and screening stages to rapidly generate concepts, synthesize market research, and perform financial viability modeling. For grunt-work of laborious tasks, our PowerHouse Computing System Pegasus pushes Generative AI hard for faster processing times.
Always --
Humans #1.
AI #2.
Lifecycle Orchestration:
Product managers are using AI to manage development operations (Product Ops), align cross-functional teams, and track post-release performance drift.
2. Digital Twins & Advanced Prototyping
Digital Twins: Virtual replicas of physical products or processes are now standard in development. They allow teams to simulate, test, and refine ideas without the cost of physical prototypes.
Phygital Experiences:The integration of digital and physical features (e.g.,IoT connectivity) so that services and physical products can be continually updatedpost-launch.
3. Data-Augmented Product Thinking
Outcome-Driven Innovation: Moving away from guessing what the customer wants by utilizing real-time feedback loops and business intelligence (BI) dashboards.
Continuous Validation: Instead of massive, long-term development cycles, teams are using more rapid, data-backed iterations based on KPIs like retention and churn to inform their roadmaps.
Processes have traditionally taken a longer time than was comfortable, but every day we're moving closer to a swifter delivery system.
The ideal would be to have an instantaneous approval at each stage and an instantaneous plug in to what both the client desire and what the market wishes to experience, but this is still un-guessable, and for that reason there is still space-time lag.
4. Sustainability and Circular Design
Ethical Engineering: Incorporating environmental impact and circularity right from the concept stage. Products are increasingly designed for recyclability, longevity, and ethical material sourcing.
5. API-First and Modular Development
Composable Architectures: Development of new services often uses an "API-first" approach, where systems are built using modular microservices. This allows businesses to easily swap in AI features, payment gateways, and backend logic without rebuilding entire systems.
What is the latest in development processes for innovating new products and services?

AUSTRALIA Highlights
Overview
Perhaps it's because the exchange rate is so favorable (ten to one) in South Africa, but South Africa continues to be a much more viable location for product and project development. Also the South African mindset is much more gung-ho than the Australian Psyche, so Australia has been growing steadily but less firey than South Africa. Even though we are at Asia's doorstep, and can hop over to China manufacturing in 4.5hrs! Singapore continues to be a partner for our marketing and advrtising, espeecially because all the major agencies have headoffices in Singapore and are quite able and willing to thrash American and British products into Asian markets like there's no tomorrow.
The Australian experience has been interesting for us. We arrived and set up shop in 1997, and immediately spent time travelling back and forth to China, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore. We opened up massive partnerships with big agencies and ex-pat suppliers keen on opening up the Asian markets for us. While progress has been slow, due to the stronghold existence of the pre-established Imperial businesses already located in Asian launch-pad territories like Hong Kong and Malaysia, we were given some good first-hand accounts like VIT water (the Coca-Cola of Asia), Bonjour Bread and Nokia which we sure treasured! At the time, 1998, Nokia a Finnish company, was at the top of its game, and we were able to partner with them to bring expansion business to Australia. Our third client was eGuide Singapore, which was at the cutting edge of Internet Search. Everything was going well until Google Search Engines, and the cleverly patented Page-Ranking system, broke the mould and sent everyone flying! We already had a history with Paul Moses at Incredible Connection and Software Connection, and with Control Space Systems who had been involved in our tech-based start-up, so could master computer-based software programs and software proliferation. So we chose that path, and trekked down the path to computing and applications. Along with our team players in RSA, Pierre v Rooyen, Pietra MacCardles, Zestie van den Walt, Doug Adams, Jon MaLloyd, Amos Malimela, we launched into a new era for AIC, and started up FANTAMITES with our first Australian client Alintagas, which starred Brendan Fewster, a Fremantle Docker, alongside an animated penguin. It certainly was a risk, but we realised that if we delivered value to clients and personnel, we would win through, which we did. Before we knew it, we had Singapore agencies interested in audiences (coming before them and letting us pitch to their clients directly. But we failed a whole year later and nothing had happened yet. With funds running low, we had not option but to leave our Mounts Bay Waters apartment lease and head for South of the River, and establish offices in a small rental in Gairloch street, Applecross. We applied ourselves and spoke to everyone in the industries we were pursuing. NSW tourism, DreamWorld, SeaWorld, Fox Studios, Man From Snowy River Experience, Warner Brothers, Village Roadshow - always focusing on the businesses we could genuinely bring value to. And then we met Jane Willis which resulted in Scitech. IMAX Northbridge followed. Greg Blechynden opened an opportunity at the Lookout at Scarborough, Observation City, and an entry to Swan Breweries. By the time Jane Willis had moved to Burswood Casinos, she had assigned Kylie Halloway to work with one of our teams to handle the Casinos floors play-out working in the midnight-to-dawn hours with Burswood Security to add value their after hours operations. Following Ace Fortune's assigned input, Burswood became a super client, and their commitment to provide tech-location and teams collaborations, brought us many contacts in the operations space we were focused on. Out of our professional and speedy service to the managing team of the time, we received intros to Terry Pitsikas and our yet-to-become inhouse team member Dr Hal Colebatch, who was for 2 decades to helm our IP department, while opening inroads into government departments and mining industry moguls like Mark Creasy, while maintaining the highest quality of workmanship attending to some of the needs of corporates likes Pilbarra Iron and Woodside. Following the events of 2020-2023, a new Semco way of working was put into place, with all team members agreeing to work remotely, so as to ensure smoother more efficient ways of operation and deliverability.
